Moroccan Semolina Soup with Coffee, Anise Seeds, and Honey

Ingredients
4 cups drinking water
3/4 cup rough semolina flour
1 1/4 tsp salt, or to style
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon anise seed, or maybe more to taste
Instructions
carry drinking water to a boil in a saucepan and stir in semolina and salt. Simmer gently, stirring often, before semolina is tender and mixture is extremely thick, then 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in butter, milk and anise seed; simmer until soup reaches desired consistency, 5 to 10 seconds.
Grated butter, milk , and anise seed into soupsimmer until soup reaches desired consistency, 5 to ten minutes.
